One accountable team. The people who plan your garden build it, and return to care for it as it matures. Responsibility never passes between a designer, a contractor and a gardener.

Designed to mature. Every material and plant is chosen for how it will look in ten years, and for what it will ask of you along the way.

Rooted in the New Forest. Quiet rather than showy. Natural materials, generous planting, and gardens that belong to their setting.

What we do

Three ways we work

A finished garden with brick terrace and oak-framed orangery

Complete Garden Transformation

A fully managed redesign and build. One team responsible for the whole job, from groundworks to handover, against a single plan and budget.

Herringbone brick path laid through clipped hedges

Garden Improvement Projects

A new terrace, reworked borders, mature screening for privacy, an entrance that suits the house. Meaningful improvement without a full redesign.

Mature wisteria trained and pruned across a stone house front

Garden Stewardship

Planned, skilled care for substantial gardens — care that notices problems before you do, rather than waiting to be asked.

How we work

Understand it. Plan it. Create it. Nurture it.

Every garden we take on follows the same four stages. First we understand the property, its setting and how you live. Then we plan the whole garden: appearance, construction, planting, budget and future care. We create it with one accountable project lead, and we nurture it afterwards so it establishes properly and improves as it matures.

How we work, in full →

It starts with a site visit

We walk the garden with you, take a considered view of the property, and tell you plainly what's worth doing.
